Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in House of the Lorde's scholarship program.

We dedicate 2 slots per class for scholarship recipients. These scholarships offer folks classes at a reduced rate of 50%.

PLEASE READ FULLY TO ENSURE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A SCHOLARSHIP.

This program is for Queer, Black, Indigenous and People of Color.

Scholarships are for individuals who are experiencing financial barriers that prevent them from otherwise enrolling in class

Once slots are full, we move any remaining names to a waitlist. Once a new session is scheduled we will pull from our waitlist. Scholarships are First Come, First Serve.

House of the Lorde needs help with running events, maintaining the space and other misc. tasks. This aid isn't contigent on your ability/willingness to help. If you are interested, please let us know what tasks you'd be down to complete:

Cleaning the space/watering the plants

creating + posting on House of the Lorde social media platforms

Working box office for small events

assisting Po'Chop with misc. projects

Admin Work ( responding/sending emails, updating website)
