About the event
Open Forum is a recurring creative gathering dedicated to the studying of Black Feminist Writers and thinkers. Every third Thursdays we will gather to read and discuss a selected text All our welcome.
Photocopies of the text will be provided.
Schedule of Texts to be Studied:
-March 17: Poetry is Not a Luxury (Audre Lorde)
-April 21: The Transformation of Silence into Language and Action (Audre Lorde)
-May 19: Uses of the Erotic: The Erotic As Power (Audre Lorde)
-June 16: Uses of Anger (Audre Lorde)
