A Living Sanctuary: Notes on (re)Memory is the culmination of Simone Reynolds' time as House of the Lorde's 2026 Eros Fellow. Transforming the studio into a living archive of Black queer becoming, the exhibition brings together intimate installations, sculpture, photography, and poetry to explore self-determination, remembrance, and spiritual reflection.

Guests are invited to move through the exhibition before joining Simone in conversation at 7 PM, reflection on themes that have shaped the work, the process of bringing it into being, and the artistic and personal journey of the Eros Fellowship.

Drawing inspiration from Christina Sharpe's Ordinary Notes, Audre Lorde, Maya Angelou, the book of Psalms, and Black spiritual traditions, A Living Sanctuary asks:
