FAQ

Frequently asked questions
What should I wear for my burlesque/drag class?
Wear clothes that are comfortable and allow you to move with ease. You’re encouraged to wear things that make you feel confident and at home in your body.
Folks have worn everything from leggings and sweats to fishnets, robes, and crop tops.
For footwear, you may dance barefoot or wear shoes with suede or rubber bottoms. Heels are welcome but never required.
What should I bring?
Bring water and anything you may need to support your body.
If a class requires specific props or materials, it will be listed in advance.
Should I arrive early?
Yes. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
This gives you time to enter the space, get oriented, and arrive in your body before we begin.
Are there changing spaces?
Yes, there are single stalled bathrooms on the same floor as HOTL.
